Drupal 8 - fresh installation, no CSS & no formatting

Just installed the new and great Drupal 8, just to see everything without any styling whatsoever, just text and good old blue-coloured links.

To rectify this, go to Configuration, click on Performance and disable all caching by unticking 'Aggregate CSS files' and 'Aggregate JavaScript files'.
