I love Windows 10, its features, speed, ease of use, simplicity, stability, versatility, etc. But sometimes there are some issues, some problems that could literally make you go mad, like the erratic mouse movement.
For me one of those issues was the erratic mouse movement and lags with high processor activity -- around 100%. The culprit
As it turns out – after a few days of digging into the matter – being unable to join or create a homegroup was due to an non-working 'Peer Networking Grouping Service'.

Did a clean installation of Windows 8 and upgraded to Windows 8.1.
Can't connect to the Homegroup with other computers also running Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. My computer won't accept the password from other workgroup's computers.
